Do you want a challenging new role as Office/HR Manager with PA responsibility for two Directors?

Office Management - managing all aspects of office facilities and supplier contracts (cleaners, cars, insurance, healthcare etc.)
HR - all aspects of HR administration, updating Sage Personnel system and individual files and appropriate monitoring. Compiling information for annual appraisals, interim reviews and dedicated meeting. Managing the needs of employees and initiating and monitoring Personal Development Programs (experienced preferred).
ISO9001:2000 - Learn our ISO manual and policy and the department processes required for action, update and demonstration at annual review.
Other Duties - Diary management, travel arrangements, organising company meetings and events, preparing documents for meetings and taking minutes, reception roll-over/cover.
This role will require excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers alike. Ideally suited to an intelligent, team-oriented, well rounded and flexible person who has strong interpersonal and organsational skills. With a professional, calm manner you have the ability to work under pressure and exercises confidentiality and discretion due to the nature of the role.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Full Driver's License (clean preferred)
- Smart work apperance and standards
- Proficient in MS Office
- Sage Personnel (preferred but not essential)

Competitive Salary, 4 weeks plus all public holidays
