The latest version of CST's award-winning TableCall is already
causing a buzz, with its proven record of increase in spend-per-head.
Typically a TableCall pager is placed in the centre of restaurant or bar
table and has two buttons, one to call the waiting staff and one to cancel
the call. However, more complex versions are available, with separate
servicealert buttons allowing the customers to call for food, drink, the
bill or another service.
When customers push a button, the relevant member of staff's pager is
alerted and a message shows where the customer is and what service they
require. The new TableCall features personalised options including customer
logos and menu or promotional holders. Being wireless, the servicealert
system is very easy to install and running costs are minimal.
TableCall can be standalone or interfaced with Genesis Paging Software, enabling all service requests to be logged and monitored by the Manager.
TableCall can also be integrated with CST's wall-mounted display unit, with flashing display characters to indicate new messages. With a generous 60-message capacity, the system can be used in the busiest of hospitality environments for table service.
