 Call-Systems Technology (CST) has appointed Bruce McNair as Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland. McNair, 36, has been with the company for five years and has played a major role in its growth.
CST is the market leader in on-site communications for the hospitality market. The company has a portfolio of industry 'firsts' ranging from the original WaiterCall and CustomerCall pager systems to the very latest capacity management software packages. Since 2000 CST has grown rapidly, more than doubling both its workforce and its turnover.
"Bruce's knowledge of the market and his willingness to think outside the box makes him a highly successful sales person and a great asset for the company," says Sales Director Ashley Sheppard. "Our growth has made the job of managing the sales force much more complicated. Hence Bruce will take over responsibility for our home markets whilst I continue to look after the rest of Europe."
Bruce McNair has taken over day-to-day control of the UK and Ireland sales teams and will have special responsibility for increasing national accounts business.
