ConnectSmart is designed with a unique, intuitive and flexible graphical interface, ensuring all team members know the real-time status of every table and party at a glance.

The graphical floor plan automatically updates itself as every action occurs, displaying status icons for each event including table seated, order rush status in kichen and bill received. Staff also have the option of using the entire architecture of the main screen to display the graphical layout of the floor, or for viewing both the floor layout and the wait list on the main screen.

ConnectSmart Hostess uses the guest experience and trend information defined by the user and automatically updates the data with an up-to-the-minute transaction and production status. The system continually monitors activity in the dining room and kitchen by table and evaluates the best table matches for each waiting party based on numbers, expected turn times and guest preferences. 

Users also benefit from the flexibility to choose between four methods of creating quote times, including the ability to adjust the chosen quoting method.
