Genesis™ operates on Windows® based platforms and has wide functionality including both internal and external paging, group paging for security, maintenance or fire alerts, pre-set messaging and reminders of regular maintenance and other tasks whether daily, weekly, monthly or annually.

Genesis sends fully alphanumeric messages allowing the instant transmission of urgent or specific text instructions compared to normal numeric coded messages.

Genesis can be linked to third-party security, service or monitoring alarms and is ideally suited to commercial and industrial premises, especially ‘Just-In-Time' environments. Genesis also integrates call buttons,      lone worker systems, facilities task management and other hardware devices.

In addition, the Genesis Task Module Manager (TMM) is simple to operate and creates a close cycle workflow for all tasks and maintence activities. From customized scheduling for housekeeping or facilities maintenance task, Genesis TMM allows you to pre-set or open new tasks when required.

Tasks are timed from open to closure, incorporating escalation where required and are automatically closed in the TMM module when completed through the PC, PABX or DECT by staff. The inclusive reports can be viewed on-screen or exported to MS Excel format for operational analysis and quality assurance requirements.
