Customers push a button to request service, i.e. a drink, their bill or their table cleared. This stops your customers waiting while struggling to catch the eye of a staff member.

The table numbers light up with different colours on the monitor, dependent on which button the customer pressed so you will be able to identify what the customer is requesting ... e.g. red for service, yellow for drink and green for bill.

You can customise your system to suit your needs. You can choose whether to have an alert tone or you mute the sound.
