CST to attend leading NHS conference

Discovering how to improve the patient experience, Call Systems Technology will be attending a leading NHS conference on the 29th of November.

On Tuesday, CST’s Export and Re-seller Manager, James Mitchell, will be heading to London’s Hallam Conference Centre to attend the Measuring, Understanding and Acting on Patient Experience conference.

Conference attendees will gain insight on how they can improve the patient experience depending on their company’s particular field, with a focus on the tools available to monitor and measure the healthcare experience.

James will receive national updates about the NHS, hear from previous patients as well as attend an extended session about implementing the NQB.

Case studies during the day will focus on demonstrating insight and responsiveness at a local level, improving data and intelligence and using feedback to improve.

CST provides a range of communication solutions for companies within the healthcare industry, such as MediCall paging systems which allow patients to wait where they wish when queueing for their hospital appointment or at a pharmacy.
