CST touchdown in Chicago for the NRA Show!

After months of preparation and planning, the week has finally come where three of our lovely team here at CST have flown out to Chicago, one of the largest cities in the US, just in time for the prestigious NRA Show.

Ashley Shepperd, Sales & Marketing Director, Nick Brown, Head of Business Development, and Laura Fell, Account Manager, landed on Wednesday 17th May and will be spending five days in the spectacular city. Renowned for its foodie culture, our team will be making the most of the opportunity to travel around Chicago and sample dishes at some of the best, most respected and innovative restaurants out there. They will spend Thursday 19th May touring around the Wicker Park area, visiting restaurants such as 3 Arts Club Café, Bang Bang pie and Publican Anker, and Friday 20th touring the River North area, exploring creative menus like that of Stephanie Izard’s Little Goat Diner, the upscale Au Cheval and legendary Doughnut Vault.

This weekend we will be attending the highly anticipated NRA show at McCormick Place, Chicago, where our partners QSR Automations and JTECH, An HME Company, are going to be exhibiting. QSR Automations is the restaurant industry leader in revolutionary in-store, online and mobile quest management systems, with products including ConnectSmart kitchen and DineTime. JTECH, An HME Company, is one of the largest on-site paging and real-time wireless messaging companies in the world, with products such as CustomerCall, Vuze Table Location and WaiterCall.

The show is a fantastic opportunity to discover everything you could possibly need to run a successful food operation all under one roof, with the main focus being innovative technology. It also provides a great opportunity to network. Special education sessions are packed with hot topics and provocative opinions helping to spark new ideas and offer you the skills to improve your operations. We hope our team have an amazing trip and enjoy the NRA show after party on Sunday at House of Blues!
