Positioned unobtrusively on a table or fitted to a wall, ServiceCall is a unique dedicated communication system designed for service industries and sectors. At the touch of a button, ServiceCall transmits a signal to a staff pager enabling an immediate response.

The pagers feature a vibrate or tone alert option and can also display the room or area that requires service. Overall service levels will be improved by rapid response times, increasing customer satisfaction. Major hospitality organisations find ServiceCall an invaluable aid in winning customer loyalty.

ServiceCall enables clients to call for immediate service easily and discreetly at the touch of a button, without leaving their seats. With numerous design options to match your interior, ServiceCall is a wireless call button that can be placed anywhere in your meeting room, lobby area, conference centre and private dinning rooms.

Helping hotels and businesses to increase profits, ServiceCall encourages customers to order food and beverages whilst conducting meetings or waiting in the hotel lobby area, without having to leave their seats. ServiceCall offers two button options, one the size of a £2 coin that can be counter sunk into a table top or a custom designed menu stand, the other is 11cm in diameter, surface mounted with an optional menu holder. Some options are IP rated weatherproof and suitable for outdoor conditions. Customers simply push a button when they require service. A signal is transmitted directly to a light display panel or to an alphanumeric pager, which indicates the table number requiring service.

Used by many of Europe's leading hotel chains, financial and professional institutions, ServiceCall has proven to solve the problem  "I need service, where is the Porter?"

ServiceCall can be used standalone or interfaced with Genesis Paging Software, enabling all service requests to be logged and monitored by the Manager.

The call buttons can also be integrated with CST's wall-mounted display unit, which features flashing display characters to indicate new messages. With a generous 60-message capacity, the system can be used for table service in the busiest of hospitality environments.

The system is reprogrammable from the base station, for example to change the button number.

Typically an EasyCall button is placed on restaurant or bar tables and has two buttons, one to call the waiting staff and one to call for your bill. This will allow customers instantly to call waiting staff when service is required resulting in dramatic increases in spend-per-head.
