"After so many years of doing things manually, it took a little while to get used to," Damon admits. "But CST trained all our staff in its use. Personally, I'm not too good with computers, so it's probably taken me a bit longer. But if there were any teething problems CST were here to help us get it right and they call us every few days to see if we have any problems. ResPAK seems tailor-made to fit our business."
