Serve hot food when it's ready and provide a prompt response to every customer's request for attention!

Staff can remain front of house, providing terrific service because they do not have to wait at the counter for meals that may, or may not, be ready.

When the meals are ready, the chef presses the WaiterCall transmitter sending a silent ‘message’ to the appropriate staff member's pager. The pager vibration signals the exact moment an order is ready for collection, eliminating wasted trips to the kitchen and increasing server floor time to make valuable up-sales.

WaiterCall eliminates the need for bells or raised voices from the kitchen, which improves the dining atmosphere. It eliminates cold food complaints and guarantees less wastage.

Small hotels, motels and lodges also use the system to provide manager alert buttons from a bar, reception or greeters desk.

In the reception area, the night doorbell and phone can summon the night porter, who may be occupied elsewhere in the building.
