| JTECH Middle East goes live with the first Genesis
installation in Dubai |
The Sheraton Jumeriah Hotel is a fabulous 300 bedroomed hotel located
on the beautiful white sands of the Jumeriah Beach set in landscaped
gardens, lined with palm trees.
The Sheraton Jumeriah Hotel needed a solution to communicate with the staff throughout the hotel to provide efficient service to their guests.
JTECH ME provided the solution with Genesis paging and communication software. A PC based system compatible with Windows operating system that controls all the on-site communications, delivering specific messages and instructions to staff quickly, easily and discreetly. The software also logs all messages.
Genesis covers all areas of the hotel grounds right down to the beach and is used extensively by the engineering and housekeeping departments. The hotel management are delighted with the system, as being able to contact all members of staff immediately has made their service to their customers more efficient. They plan to extend the system in 2007, to cover their new property which is being built adjacent to the existing hotel.
