CST joined forces with Restaurant Magazine to host a roundtable event with some of the restaurant industry’s heaviest hitters. The event, which took place at Drake & Morgan’s The Happenstance, featured Head Chefs, Executives and Owners of Dishoom, Drake & Morgan, Busaba Eathai and many many more. Brought together to discuss the ups and downs of technology in the restaurant industry, the panel discussed the perils of relying on paper tickets for orders and how an automated system would benefit the overall cook time for meals. QSR’s ConnectSmart Kitchen automation system was showcased by Rob Mitchell, Head Chef of Drake & Morgan, with its ability to align meal cook times with cover duration making a particular impression.
