About the Role

We’re offering an exciting part-time role for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Administrator to join our small, dynamic marketing team. Working closely with our Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant, this role is ideal for a recent graduate or student who is passionate about graphic design, content management, and data-driven marketing.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing digital content, improving web presence, and creating impactful designs for a growing B2B company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, marketing materials, and online platforms.
  • Content Management: Upload, manage, and update content on our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure our digital presence is accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
  • Social Media Support: Design creative assets for posts, banners, and campaigns, while helping to grow and maintain our social media presence.
  • Data Analysis: Research competitor markets, industry trends, and campaign performance to provide insights that inform design and content strategy.
  • Branding & Communication: Help ensure a consistent and professional visual identity across all digital and print platforms.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate or current student in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in graphic design and digital content management.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • An interest in analysing data and using insights to improve designs and campaigns.
