About the Company:

Call Systems Technology (CST) has paved the way for innovative communication technology and critical alert software solutions for over 25 years. Our solutions are found in 5-star hotel chains, investment banks, household-name retailers, super-yachts, football stadiums, global restaurant groups, and many other industries and sites around the world.

We're looking for someone with experience in content creation, who is used to working with Sales to develop targeted campaigns, create, and maintain collateral materials, support our presence at trade shows and contribute to developing new ideas and strategies.

 

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative and an excellent communicator who can work in a small team (you would make three!) to produce BIG results. The successful candidate will create copy for blogs and case studies, deliver and grow social media, research industries we serve and our competitor market, and general marketing activities in support of our company and sales efforts. This will include:

  • Assist in creating the brand message across all platforms including digital and traditional marketing, collateral, brand content and PR
  • Produce engaging marketing alongside our Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer
  • Build and maintain our social media presence, especially LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Develop web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Ability to create content/copy and work autonomously to deadlines
  • Help to create digital content, including blogs, emails, videos, photoshoots and more
  • Work closely with our sales team to support marketing campaigns, product launches, presence at trade exhibitions etc

 

About you:

  • A degree in Marketing/Communications or similar, AND at least 2 years’ relevant marketing experience in a business-to-business role (portfolio or web links to be submitted) 
  • Well-conceived, fresh ideas - looking to put their marketing and data skills into good practice
  • Impeccable grammar, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to organise and multitask
  • Willingness to learn and develop – a collaborative approach, open to input from stakeholders
  • Some design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (desired but not essential) 
  • A demonstrable interest in and ability to develop your technical knowledge of our products
  • Right to work in the UK, living within a reasonable commute of Elstree, Hertfordshire

 

Location:

Call Systems Technology office in Elstree, Herts

Salary:

Basic salary £26-30k depending on experience
