Call Systems Technology (CST) paves the way for innovative communication technology and critical alert software solutions. Trusted experts for over 25 years, we supply multiple sectors including hospitality, retail, industry, leisure, education, healthcare and the luxury market.

We work directly with end-users and via an international reseller partner network. We provide pioneering on-site wireless communication solutions including paging systems, two-way radios, critical alarms, call button solutions and our Gen2 messaging and alarm monitoring software. Our solutions are found in 5-star hotel chains, investment banks, household-name retailers, super-yachts, football stadiums, global restaurant groups, and many other industries and sites around the world.

 

About the Role:

  • You’ll work closely with the Senior Account Managers and the Sales Support team to learn the products, systems and solutions CST offers. A structured training program includes time spent with each relevant department to really get to grips with our products
  • Manage sales administration and processes related to the role – research, documentation, raising Quotations and Sales Orders, CRM and diary management
  • Make calls to stakeholders, both internal and external, confirming installation dates, parts availability, or otherwise as required
  • Take inbound client calls when required to assist the Account Managers and colleagues
  • Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Shipping departments where required
  • Update client information and any call/appointment/documentation details to our CRM system; check existing information to ensure correct and current

About you:

  • You’ll need a minimum of 3 years’ experience of sales support (ideally in a technical, manufacturing, or engineering environment)
  • Experience in a process-driven environment (ISO preferred) with good understanding of workflow methodology
  • Proficient with MS Office 365, MS Teams, CRM/SOP data entry (Sage or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail – product codes and strong numeracy essential
  • Customer-focused professional telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as you will work with other teams internally as well as our customers
  • A demonstrable interest in and ability to develop your technical knowledge of our products
  • Live within a reasonable commute to our office in Elstree

Salary:

£26,000 - £30,000 depending on relevant experience
