CST division sale to QSR Automations Inc

Call Systems Technology Ltd. (CST), the UK’s leading supplier of on-site wireless communication systems and experts in hospitality technology have announced a division sale to QSR Automations Inc.

The acquisition concludes CST’s 10-year strategic distributorship of QSR’s technology, over which time the division built is regarded as one of the UK’s premier specialists in kitchen automation and guest management technology.  Their efforts have provided a strong foundation for QSR in the region and created a demand for the products. Used in over 2,000 sites in Europe and the Middle East the systems are used in both the independent and chain sectors including quick serve, casual dining and venue catering. Clients include KFC, Mitchells & Butlers, Drake & Morgan, Dishoom as well as stadiums and theme parks.   

Ashley Sheppard, CST Sales & Marketing Director, will become Vice President of Sales with his current team transferring over. The acquisition will allow enhanced emphasis on CST’s core products across communications technology. CST was the first company to launch on-site pagers to the UK hospitality industry in 1995. Since that time, the business has gone on to enjoy an enviable reputation as a leading solutions partner to a broad and prestigious client base of over 15,000 sites.
