A Year of Impact
At Call Systems Technology (CST), we’ve had the privilege of partnering with RNID – the national charity supporting people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus, and we are thrilled to reflect on the incredible success we’ve achieved together.
Over the course of our collaboration, we've raised £20,000 to support RNID's essential work. This partnership has been instrumental in helping us push forward our shared vision of a more accessible and inclusive world for those who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.

The funds raised have gone towards empowering RNID’s important initiatives, providing life-changing support, campaigning for equality, and funding pioneering biomedical research. Supporting the 18 million adults in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.
Working with RNID has also inspired innovation within CST. Through this partnership, we’ve focused on improving our accessibility solutions, such as our DeafCall systems, ensuring that public spaces are welcoming to everyone. Together, we have raised awareness among businesses about the importance of providing inclusive, safe, and accessible environments for people who are deaf or have hearing loss. It has been a journey of learning and growth for our team, allowing us to not only contribute to a worthy cause, but also to deepen our commitment to creating products that truly make a difference.

What makes this achievement even more special is the personal involvement of our team. We didn’t just work together professionally – we came together to support RNID in creative and meaningful ways.
One of the highlights was our team’s football fundraiser during the Euros. Everyone in the office drew the name of a team from a hat and passionately supported them throughout the tournament. The buy-in for this friendly competition went straight to RNID, bringing both excitement and purpose to every match watched.
Our pub quiz night was another memorable event. We at CST gathered for an evening of trivia and fun, with all proceeds going to RNID. The energy in the room was fantastic, and it reinforced the sense of teamwork that has driven our success this year.
Additionally, we hosted a joint webinar with RNID on fire safety. This free-to-attend event was an opportunity for both CST and RNID to share valuable insights on safety measures and accessibility, bringing together our shared expertise in an area critical to deaf communities. The webinar was informative and also raised awareness of the work RNID does to ensure safety for all.
We couldn’t have achieved these milestones without the dedication of our team, the generous contributions of our clients and partners, and the passionate work of RNID. Together, we’ve shown how powerful collaboration can be, and we’re incredibly proud of the legacy this partnership has created.
As we continue our mission to make communication more inclusive, we’ll always cherish the achievements made through this remarkable partnership with RNID. Here’s to making the world more accessible, one step at a time.

AlarmCall
Our AlarmCall system is a highly reliable and user-friendly critical alerts system. AlarmCall accurately detects the exact location of emergency activations, allowing you to prioritise real emergencies and avoid unnecessary evacuations due to false alarms.

DeafCall Paging Systems
We understand the importance of accommodating all staff, including those with hearing impairments. Our DeafCall collection meets the Equality Act 2010 requirements, providing reassurance and assistance to those hard of hearing. In the event of an emergency, a very strong vibration is received by the user, clearly alerting them of danger. With continuous battery backup, rest assured you will always be informed of critical situations.
